Private property of the hotel has beach, children's playground, a lot of activities to rent. The whole hotel is cleaned totally every day, just like the pool area. Gym is nice size although you pay 4€ per training extra. Personnel is very sweet and gives attention to children. Sea is clean and beach is concrete and stone. Beach chairs are 25 kuna/ 3,5 € per day. Buffet style breakfast and dinner with a lot of choice in pasta's and meat, vegetables and salads. The town is connected by bus and taxi, bus schedule is in the hotel. Goes every hour it costs 13 kuna/2 € per person, taxi is 120 kuna / 16€ to Zadar and 250 kuna /34€ to the Zadar Airport. Lulic taxi has fixed rates and tell you the price upfront. Very good service. Wifi is free in the lobby, in the rooms you pay. There are 2 computers to go on the internet. The hotel has a small supermarket, newspaper stand and swim-wear/ souvenir shop.If you like peace and quiet go juni or september, july has busy festival right next to the hotel. We will come back for sure to this place, don't forget to eat ice-cream in Petrcane at the Donat ice-cream shop next to the hotel. Best ice-cream in Dalmacija. Some prices for food in the hotel: 40 kuna/ 5.5€ pizza or pasta , coffee 9 kuna /1,2€ alcohol + - 12 kuna /1.6 € coca cola or juice 16 kuna /2.2€

1) Location - was there for a music festival which was next to hotel 2) Facilities - pool, gym, supermarket, ATM, Internet access, good restaurants 3) helpful staff 4) clean & comfortable rooms 5) basic but palatable continental eat as much as you like breakfast
1) Breakfast time (7-10) can be a bit chaotic. You sometimes have to wait for food to be put out. Best advice is to get there early 7-7.30 or late 9-9.30 if you want a pleasant dining experience. 2) The pool area is nice but not that big. There are not many beds so if you are a pool person, get in there early. 3) The gym facilities are ok, but be prepared for a cover charge of 30 Kunas which they don't tell you about in the glossy brochure. 4) Internet access is only available in the lobby area & can be intermittent.

Spotless, functional rooms, excellent breakfast and efficient staff. Spectacular view from balcony of the seaside. Excellent location in the very very nice area, just off the Dalmatian coast as well as the beach👍❤

Location. Swimming - in sea mostly. Walking round the bay at Petrcrane - absolutely beautiful. Trips into Zadar - very good service from hotel. ,
I prefer swimming in the sea but it was annoying that beds are reserved at the pool and residents might not use them until 3 o'clock or later. Unfair.

Dificult to find staff speaking good english.Far away from Zadar, only have 1 bus to Zadar and take about 25 min to get there, be careful because if you miss one you will have to wait more or less 1 hour for aonther.

right by the beach, easy parking and close to amenities
Air conditioning in rooms was poor, went off automatically when you left room and then you had a boiling hot room to return to.

There is wifi in the bar. Change currencies. Parking is free and a quite large.
It's too crowded. A hotel that is not enough rest. This 7 km from Zadar. It seems that only this thought for children and parents with animation and trips already planned

Perfect spot for a couple getaway
Enjoyed the amazing sea views from our room's balcony! The staff was friendly and even helped us find a local spot for dinner, going above and beyond.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but we felt it was reasonable.

Appreciated our lovely stay for 4 nights. Excellent friendly staff and stunning location on the bridge that leads to the old city, everything was very good. The room was good-sized and functional and had a splendid view of the old town of Zadar. Delicious breakfast served in the restaurant.

The location was beautiful! You can't beat the view over the Adriatic!
The hotel staff was terrible (except the bartender which was very nice). When we checked in they didn't tell us anything about what the hotel had to offer or what was available in the very small town. They were very very rude and made it clear they weren't fans of Americans. I would recommend this to others based ONLY on the location and the rooms were nice.

would definitely come back there
Family room with balcony had great sea views. It included air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom. The on-site spa was a highlight with free treatment vouchers at check-in. Dining offered fresh salads and local seafood. The beach access was easy, just steps from the hotel. Kids loved the activities provided by the friendly animation team.

Convenient for the music festivals held in the hotel grounds, but unsuitable for English tourists otherwise
Very overpriced hotel with a budget holiday camp feel, the only beach is concrete, poor quality of breakfast, no English language TV channels in rooms, being charged every day for use of sun loungers, rude and confontational attitude of staff, getting the bill wrong at the end of my stay (the hotel tried to significantly overcharge me and took a very long time to correct the mistake when I queried it)

Hotel's proximity to the sea.
The food was generally very salty and there were 2 weddings at the hotel both weekends of my stay. The hotel closed the restaurant for their guests and the food was served in the lobby-not good at all.
